In addition to describing the project, presentation, or equipment, please include how you’d like the funds disbursed; i.e., if the funds will go directly to a chapter president or representative, or to a vendor, and an estimate of when the money will be required.
Please include the following information: a description of the conference including the venue, the format (in-person, virtual, hybrid), the presenters and their presentations, why these presentations will benefit your district; amount requested; expected attendance; the date funds are needed; and how the conference will benefit the district.

If the grant is approved, you’ll need to fill out the District Expense Form and include receipts to be reimbursed.
