2022 Leadership Seminar Registration


Much of the cost of the Leadership Seminar is underwritten by WSMTA. Member dues, participation in WSMTA events, and your donations have created an affordable, professional and inspirational event for our WSMTA leadership volunteers.  This year, in particular, WSMTA is hoping to support our leaders at all levels with sessions focused on helping us all adapt to new environments and learn new tools that will be useful far beyond our current circumstances.


  • Based on the most recent advice from the CDC, we encourage Leadership Seminar attendees to take home COVID tests for 3 days in a row before leaving for the conference. and to wear high-quality masks at the seminar
  • Participants may choose to eat in their rooms rather than in the shared space
  • Virtual attendees will receive further instructions and links via email
  • Visiting Artists should contact Merilyn Jacobson for instructions about the Virtual Visiting Artists Seminar


  • This form is to be used by an individual to register themselves and a guest.
  • You can only register one Leadership Seminar attendee per form submission.
  • If you register a guest who is attending the actual seminar separately from your own registration, choose “Guest” under registration type
  • ALL Leadership Seminar attendees are reimbursed 50% of the WSMTA hotel room rate, regardless of whether they are the first, second or fifth representative from their chapter.
  • Request for reimbursement is done AFTER the Leadership Seminar is finished.
