Housing Reimbursement Request for Leadership Seminar – Washington State Music Teachers Association

Lodging costs will be reimbursed according to WSMTA policies explained in the green and blue boxes.
Receipts, NOT RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS, are required.
Funding is provided through the WSMTA Teacher Enrichment Fund.

If you attended the Leadership Seminar as:

Your chapter representative
A chapter MAP chair
A member of state leadership

Then, WSMTA will reimburse you for one night’s lodging at half the WSMTA room rate and one night’s parking, if applicable.

If you attended the Leadership Seminar as:

As an additional chapter representative
A member interested in a future leadership role

Then WSMTA does not provide reimbursement for your housing. Please discuss with your chapter what reimbursement they may provide.
