Chapter chairs or district directors should complete the form below to submit chapter or district representatives who will perform in the June Conference Honors Recitals.  WSMTA is excited to showcase their work at the State Conference, which is at Sun Mountain Resort in Winthrop, Washington.

This form is sent automatically to the WSMTA State Honors Recital Coordinator (Colleen Hunter), Clarion Editor (Samantha Yeung), and the Administrative Coordinator.

Information and Requirements to Complete the form

Be sure that you have all the information that you will need to complete the form before you start.

  • Determine the number of representatives for your chapter or district
  • One Alternate per Student Representative is allowed for all keyboard representatives; two Alternates per Student Representative are allowed for Vocal and Instrumental Representatives this year.
  • Chapters may select as many Honorable Mentions as they choose. All Honorable Mentions are unranked.

You will need to know:

  • the number of representatives allowed for the State Recital
  • the names of all Student Representatives, Alternates, and Honorable Mentions
  • the email address and phone number of the parent/guardian for each Student Representative and Alternate
  • the name and composer of the piece of music for each Student Representative and Alternate
  • the teacher’s name and email address for each Student Representative and Alternate
  • the teacher’s name for each Honorable Mention

This information is required and the form cannot be completed without it.
