DEADLINE FOR REPORTING REPRESENTATIVES AND ALTERNATES FOR 2024 CONFERENCE HONORS RECITALS:
APRIL 22, 2024
Chapter chairs or district directors should complete the form below to submit chapter or district representatives who will perform in the June Conference Honors Recitals. WSMTA is excited to showcase their work at the State Conference at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
Once completed, the form below is sent automatically to the WSMTA State Honors Recital Chair (Kira Miller), Clarion Editor (Samantha Yeung), and the Administrative Coordinator.
Before you start:
- Determine the number of representatives for your chapter or district (click orange box above)
- One Alternate per Student Representative is allowed for all keyboard representatives; two Alternates per Student Representative are allowed for Vocal and Instrumental Representatives this year.
- Chapters may select as many Honorable Mentions as they choose. All Honorable Mentions are unranked.
You will also need to know:
- the names of all Student Representatives, Alternates, and Honorable Mentions
- the email address and phone number of the parent/guardian for each Student Representative and Alternate
- the name and composer of the piece of music for each Student Representative and Alternate
- the teacher’s name and email address for each Student Representative and Alternate
- the teacher’s name for each Honorable Mention
