Member Marketplace

The fee is $30 for 1/2 vendor table for one day. If you would like a 1/2 table for two days, that would be a total of $60. Three days would be $90, which would be the same price for a full table for the whole conference. Your choice!
The items must be things you have created, authored, composed etc. This is not for reselling other items that you have not created.
You must agree to volunteer for 2 hours for each day you signed up for at the Member Marketplace table during vendor operation hours: Saturday, 11 am – 4 pm; Sunday, 8 am – 4 pm; and Monday, 8 am – 4 pm.
You must provide a QR code which would connect to the method of payment for your products – for example, your website. If you wish WSMTA to manage the payments, that can be arranged. The other option for payments would be cash only. Again, it’s up to you how you collect your earnings.
WSMTA reserves the right to refuse advertising if the material or business is not compatible with the WSMTA Mission and Vision statements.

Showcase Presentations

Businesses or individuals can pay for a showcase presentation which will be offered at lunch time or in a morning session, to describe their business or their product.
Showcase presentations are 45 minutes long.
WSMTA can make no guarantee of the number of attendees at any showcase presentation.
Space is limited, so please contact the WSMTA Administrative Coordinator for more information before choosing to purchase a showcase presentation.
